Please be aware I'm a one person studio.. I make, pack and send everything myself.  I really appreciate patience and kindness.

Shipping

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7 business days. International orders can take up to 15 business days.
Custom orders can take up to 3 months depending of the amount of work.

You will receive an email from my courier when your order is on its way.

For international shipping please be aware that there might be tax or customs charges. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.

Note that in case of damaging I will, if possible, replace the broken item or give a refund. However,  I'm not responsible for missing packages.

Returns

Returns are not accepted.  

 

Care

Note that dishwashers are aggressive on ceramics so keep this in mind. 

Avoid thermal shocks.

I send out newsletters to which you may voluntarily subscribe at any time. I'm committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as allowed in the information use and processing section or for the purposes of utilizing a third party provider to send such emails. ​
